The 33 foot long trailer sits on a leased site on Horseshoe Bay at Debonair Campground (Private) in St. Malo. It is one hour from Winnipeg and very close to St. Malo Provincial Park.

The site is fully serviced with electricity (50 amps), water, and a 500 gallon septic tank. No need to ever move the trailer.
Trailer includes 2 power slides, power awning and outdoor shower. It has been smoke free and pet fee.
Master bedroom has a Queen bed with a Serta mattress. Pocket doors allow privacy. On each side of the bed, there is a wardrobe with shelves and storage above the bed.
Living room has ample storage and a stereo, cd/tv player with 3 internal and 2 external speakers. There is a space to install a TV, but a TV is not included.
Kitchen includes a typical fridge/freezer, a gas stove/oven, 1 standard sink, I half sink, and a pantry.
There is a bunk area at the back of the trailer, across from the bathroom.
The bathroom includes a tub and shower combo. The sink area has some storage below the sink.
As the second owners of this trailer, we made several renovations to make the place cosier and more like a cabin. There is a free standing IKEA loveseat and a bistro table with 2 chairs. The inside was painted white, curtains were put in place, and faucets were changed. New vinyl flooring was added in 2024.
The site includes a 10 by 12 hardtop gazebo (purchased in 2023) with a winter cover. The gazebo sits on a wood deck and stays in place year around, so it is great for storing items during the winter when the campground is closed. There is also a deck between the trailer and the gazebo, which is great for relaxing outside. Gravel has been added to the rest of the site. A 6.5 foot wide by 3.5 deep shed is located at the back of the trailer. It is 6 feet high (plus peak) high. Great for storage. There is a fire pit and a structure for storing firewood. We can leave our BBQ, some small outdoor tables, and some lawn chairs and cushions.
