Debonair Campground caters to Families and People Who Desire Peacefulness
- Single Family Occupancy per Campsite. Maximum of 2 adults per site with few exceptions.
- Must be a minimum of 25 years of age unless you are a family with children.
- Maximum of one trailer and one small tent on RV sites and 2 tents max on campsites.
Rates
Overnight Campsites 78-92 (top right corner of site map) are serviced with electrical and water hook-up. There is a Dump Station on the premise. These sites are in an open area (group camping setting). If your RV takes up most or all of the site’s driveway, there is a nearby visitor’s parking lot you can park your vehicle in.
Site 95 is serviced with 30-amp electric & water hook-up. This site is very large and has no immediate neighbors. Priority is given to units larger than 34 ft or your unit does not fit in any other available site.
Every campsite is furnished with a picnic table and firepit.

LW = Long Weekends
$1.00 off the Regular Rate during Low Season (April 21 – June 16th & September 4th – October 9th; excluding Long Weekends)
$10.00 Admin Fee per campsite stay. GST will be added to Camping Fees.
** A standard 15 amp plug is the same type you use at your house to plug in a TV, Stereo, Fridge, Toaster, etc.
Roof Air Conditioner, Hair Dryer, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Electric Frying Pan, Coffee Machine, Toaster or Toaster Oven should not be run at the same time on 15-amps or you will trip the circuit breaker. As long as you understand the electrical limitations you should be fine.
Hot water tanks must be run on propane, not electric, on a 15-amp site.
Campsite Services: 30-amp electrical & water hook-up
Electric water heaters and AC or electric heat cannot run at the same time on 30-amp service. Be careful when running multiple high draw appliances as it can blow the breaker. There is a dump station located next to the washroom building.
RESERVATIONS
Minimum of a 3-night stay is required on Long Weekends
- Includes weekends closest to July 1st, August 1st and September 1st.
- Does not apply to regular weekends or seasonal sites
- For the months of July and August, a minimum of a 2-night stay is required on weekends.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- You will receive one complimentary vehicle permit for your vehicle for the duration of your stay. Additional vehicles requested at time of reservation are $4 (GST included) per night for overnight registered campers. After reservation is made, extra vehicles are $8 (GST included) per night for overnight registered campers.
- Dogs are allowed in the campground providing they are friendly, kept on a leash, do not continually bark, and are cleaned up after (on and off the site). Pets are NOT allowed on the beach.
- Paddle crafts (eg: paddle boards/kayaks) are restricted to north pond
- Any damages derived by occupants/visitors of campsites will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking.
- All sites are furnished with a picnic table & fire pit.
- Cutting live trees, branches or brush and relocating firepits is prohibited and subject to a $50.00 Restoration Fee.
We are a Family Camping Park
We accept families, mature couples (one per campsite), as well as referrals from Debonair Seasonal Campers.

VISITING GUESTS
You are responsible for your visitors at all times, everywhere in the campground. All visitors must have a valid Vehicle Parking Permit prior to parking and/or using facilities. Guests visiting a registered overnight camper are required to purchase a Vehicle Parking Permit upon arrival. These permits are $8 (GST included) per day per vehicle for a maximum of 4 people over the age of 5. Extra people are $3.00 + GST per person. Permits are valid until 11:00 pm and include use of the campground facilities. Penalty charges for unregistered guests will be charged to the occupants of the campsite they are visiting.
Check-in / Check-out times:
Check-in time is anytime after 3 p.m. Earlier check-ins are often possible, depending on campsite availability. Call first to see if your site will be available before check-in time. Check-out time is 2 p.m.
Cancellation Policy:
*If you cancel 3 or more days in advance, you will receive a full refund, excluding the $10.00 Admin Fee.
*If you cancel 1-2 days prior to reservation arrival date, you will be partially refunded (total amount less the first night’s camping fees + GST). $10.00 Admin fee is non-refundable.
*If you fail to cancel or cancel on or after your arrival date, no refund will be issued.

- RV Site 95: 30-amp electric, water hook-up. There is a Dump Station on premise for black. This site has no immediate neighbors and use of the large deck is included. Priority will be given to units larger than 34 ft or your unit does not fit in any other available site. However, you can request to switch to this site should it still be available on your arrival date no matter the length of your RV. All you would need to do is pay the difference in price. Again priority will be given to the longest RV.
Rules and Regulations
Welcome to Debonair Campground!
We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable stay. Please take a few minutes to review the following rules, which are designed to ensure a pleasant experience for all campers and guests.
- Responsibility & Conduct
We are not responsible for accidents, thefts, or losses of any kind. Vandalism, disorderly or illegal activity, abusive language, hazardous behavior, or offensive conduct will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in these behaviors will be evicted immediately and law enforcement may be contacted.
You are responsible for the actions of anyone visiting your campsite. All visitors must follow campground rules and have a valid vehicle permit. Please report any issues to management promptly.
- Respect & Noise
Please be respectful and considerate of your neighbors at all times. Loud or disruptive activity and music are not permitted.
• Quiet Time: 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Music and audio equipment are not allowed during Quiet Time.
• Generators are prohibited at all times.
Debonair Campground reserves the right to limit the number of people per site at any time.
- Campsite Cleanliness
Keep your site clean, neat, and orderly at all times.
• A $50 clean-up/restoration fee applies to any site left messy (including sunflower seed shells).
• Messy sites will receive one warning. If not cleaned within 30 minutes, eviction may follow.
• Non-registered guests are not allowed during Quiet Time (after 11:00 p.m.).
• Extra unregistered guests after Quiet Time may result in penalty charges or eviction.
- Garbage & Recycling
All garbage must be securely tied in plastic bags and placed in the blue barrels provided. Please do not leave garbage in fire pits or around your campsite.
- Washrooms & Facilities
Please help keep washrooms clean and pleasant for everyone.
• No washing dishes, loitering, smoking, pets, or bicycles inside washrooms.
• Vehicle washing anywhere in the campground is not permitted.
- Property & Nature
Do not tamper with or damage other campers’ belongings, picnic tables, live trees, branches, or brush. Respect all campground property and natural surroundings.
- Vehicles & Speed
Drive slowly and carefully—children play throughout the campground.
• Speeding will result in immediate eviction.
• Unauthorized off-road vehicles are not allowed.
• All vehicles (including visitors) must display a valid Debonair Vehicle Permit.
• Vehicles without a valid permit must purchase one immediately plus a $10 penalty fee.
- Playground & Beach
Use of the playground equipment and Beach Pond is at your own risk. Please supervise children at all times.
- Alcohol & Cannabis
Alcohol and cannabis are strictly prohibited for minors. This is a family campground—intoxicated or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Per Manitoba law, cannabis may only be consumed in private areas (inside your trailer, tent, or campsite backyard). Smoking or vaping cannabis is not allowed in public areas, including the beach, streets, playgrounds, or hotspots.
- Evictions & Penalties
Campsites may be evicted for violating any campground rules. There are no refunds or compensation for evictions or early departures.
- Check-Out Time
Check-out is 2:00 p.m.
- Camping Units
If you remove your camping unit(s) from your site without notifying management, it will be assumed you are giving up your site unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Fireworks & Lanterns
Fireworks, firecrackers, and sky (Chinese) lanterns are not permitted at any time.
- Extra Guests
A $10 per person penalty (in addition to registration fees) will apply for every unregistered guest.
- Messages & Emergencies
Messages are posted at the Camp Office. Only emergency messages will be delivered to campsites.
- Water & Waste
Our water system is chlorinated and routinely tested — all results have shown zero bacteria.
Black and grey water must be emptied at the dump station by the washrooms.
A honeywagon (portable tank) is available for use — please inquire at the office.
- Water Balloons
Water balloons are not allowed anywhere in the campground.

- Stay for 7-29 consecutive nights and receive a 13% discount off the regular rate
- Stay 30-98 consecutive nights and receive a 20% discount off the regular rate
- Stay 99 or more consecutive nights and receive a 30% discount off the regular rate
Save Fuel and Money Offer
(Valid from May 1 to June 15 and September 5 to October 5)
Pay for 2 consecutive weekends (minimum of 4 nights combined) and leave your trailer disconnected during the week at no charge while you are away. Payment of both weekends will need to be paid upon reservation and is non-refundable. Only one Admin Fee will apply to both reservations. Most often you will not need to move your trailer off the site. This depends on availability at time of booking. In the unlikely event the site has other reservations during the week, you can store your trailer at another location on the property. When booking, let us know you want the Save Fuel and Money Offer.
